I had a great time staying in this hotel on the west coast of this island. The hotel facilities were impressive, particularly the amazing swimming pool which was always clean. Also, the location in a quiet area made my stay more peaceful and relaxing. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, too. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The Christmas spent at this hotel was amazing. The private pool in front of the room was breath-taking. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the friendly staff was always ready to recommend the best beach and places to visit nearby. The location was perfect; there were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and a travel agency nearby that offered smooth transfers and tours. , the room was clean and comfortable with working air-conditioning.
Although everything was wonderful, the noise from the road was audible and there were small ants in the room, but they were immediately addressed by the staff.

Spent Xmas in this place and has been okay. Rooms were spacious and airy, with en suite bathrooms. the terrace outside was great for lazy afternoons. the pool was a refreshing break from the humidity. Great local food available at reasonable prices. There were plenty of things to do and see in the area, and public transport was readily available to nearby beaches.
Receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful when we needed some directions to nearby attractions.

Located in a quieter area, Baansanook Resort has a great pool and bungalows are clean and cosy with air conditioning and hot water in the bathroom. the reception is helpful and can assist with transportation and restaurant recommendations nearby. Enjoy a peaceful stay with easy access to Lonely Beach and beautiful secluded beaches on the west coast.
The restaurant at the hotel served food that wasn't up to standards for some guests.
